June 2008 -Glendale Union High School District has a long history of volunteerism and community service. Our high schools benefit greatly from the contributions of parents and community volunteers who work with our students throughout the year. Volunteers help in the classroom, on the playing field and in a variety of school-sponsored activities.

Each year the GUHSD Governing Board honors a volunteer selected by each school as a model of outstanding service to students and staff.
