New Business: Maintenance and Operations Override

May 2009: The Govering Board authorized and signed a resolution calling for an election to be held on November 3, 2009 to renew the current maintenance and operation override. Further, the Governing Board authorized the expenditures as may be necessary to order, notice, hold and administer the election and to provide a non-interactive website page that facilitates the availavility of factual override information to our community.
