October 2008 -Arizona Association of Teachers of Mathematics (AATM) recognizes a teacher annually as the Math Educator of the Year. Apollo High School Math Teacher Debi Plum is the 2008 recipient of the award. Fellow teacher Carole Hogg along with several students nominated Plum last spring.
