July 2008 -Moon Valley Principal Dr. Michael Fowler received the Outstanding Doctoral Student Award for 2008 from the Arizona School Administrators Higher Education Division. Faculty members associated with his doctoral program nominated him for this honor.

 

Additionally, Dr. Fowler received the Annual Honors Award for Outstanding Doctoral Student in Education Leadership from NAU. Students were nominated for their demonstrated professional ethics and behaviors; effective writing in academic contexts; active participation in professional organizations, honors societies, student organizations, or other service activities; effective interpersonal skills with peers, staff, and faculty; demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; and dispositions that reflect the mission of the college of education.
